Ever wished you had a rib in a unique shape? Now you can! We'll create a custom 3D-printed pottery rib based on your design.
Here's how easy it is:
-Send over your design - A digital file (.ai, .svg, .dxf) or a hand-drawn sketch (preferably on graph paper!).
-Send the file over via Etsy messaging. Be sure to let know the size range you would like
- We will digitize the drawing and send over a 3D rendering of the rib and the rough idea of the finished mugsend. Upon proof approval, we will start printing.
Choose the right size:
Small: 5.5cm-9cm
Medium: 10-13cm
Large: 14cm+
Important info:
Since it's made just for you, returns aren't accepted.
Your rib will be 3D-printed with eco-friendly PLA!

Tool Care
Heat can harm these tools. To prevent warping, keep away from high-temperature environments (e.g. left in a car, garage, direct sunlight) and avoid hot water. Do not clean in a dishwasher!
Refunds and Returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery and ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
Items that are defective and returned will be fully refunded. Partial refunds will be issued if the buyer chooses to return the item because of personal reasons not dealing with the quality of the item. Partial refunds include the price of the item, less original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be packaged in the same or similar packing material shipped in. All returns must be insured. Full or partial refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping
Items ship in 5-10 business days. Current lead-time will be listed in the heading banner on the website if different. Production can be delayed due to workload at times.
